You know when you zig-zag and bumble through life, trying to do all you can, figuring out a way forward, striving to have an impact, pushing all the things that you think are right, and just, and important……there is one thing that makes the journey possible…..the people you are surrounded by. Here are two of mine, and I don’t quite know how to say thank you to them for all they do every day for all the right reasons. Working far harder than anyone asked them to, and far more than they are paid for. Carmen and Darcy are the pulsing heart of what we do, and I’d be lost without them.

Carmen – the things I try to do just wouldn’t be possible without you – you are there at every turn with your entire heart in the game, for every right reason, and for the good of the world. I don’t know a more generous, reasoned, thoughtful person. And I’m not alone. I could write a book devoted to the accolades I hear about you every day. THANK YOU for everything you do.

Darcy – your spirit for all things good is infectious, and people see it all the time. Your attitude of “well this is just the right thing to do, so let’s do it” shines through. It’s pushing BEARTREK into some wonderful new territory, and you are the perfect person to take us there. THANK YOU.
